Lately I’ve been trying to be more creative in the kitchen and despite the fact that this isn’t my recipe, I’m so here for it. Here’s the link to Cooking Classy’s One Pan Balsamic Chicken and Veggies as well as Tip Hero’s video on the same dish.
What You’ll Need:
1. Chicken breast. As much or as little as you please. This can also easily be foregone if chicken (or meat in general) isn’t your fancy.
2. Raw green beans.
4. Balsamic vinaigrette.
6. Italian dressing.
7. Olive oil.
8. Spinach. For garnish.
Step 1. Put olive oil in a pan and once heated, place cut vegetables in to simmer. Cook the mushrooms and green beans until tender.
Step 2. Take out the veggies and add a bit more olive oil. Put chicken breasts in and switch sides until fully cooked. Once cooked, take out of the pan and place on a plate to the side. You can either cut the chicken into strips, as I eventually did, or leave them whole.
Step 3. Mix together 1/4 cup of Italian dressing, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 3 tablespoons of the balsamic vinaigrette. Then throw that baby into the pan. However, make sure the heat is LOW for this because if not there will be a great deal of steam coming at your face and your eyes will get burned by the aggressive herbs and spices found in the Italian dressing.
Step 4. Put your veggies and chicken into the mix. And well, mix it.
Step 5. Get fancy and arrange your food to look picture perfect.

Step 6. Inhale it.
I was pleasantly surprised with this dish and will absolutely be making it again because its quick (a max of twenty five minutes to make) and tastes slightly reminiscent of a dish you’d find at a restaurant. I like complimenting my own cooking so take that last sentence with a grain of salt.
